Hey Folks! My Name Is Gaurav Singh Pharswan
I graduated from NIT-Agartala as a Chemical Engineer in 2021. Throughout my graduation, I never had any idea what I wanted to do. What would my career be like? It was discouraging.
I knew I would do something, but what? That remained a critical question. I tried many things.
I experimented a lot. I tried tutoring online, answered maths questions to earn some pocket change, wrote online on different platforms, and did many other things.
As time progressed, I realized my affection for Capital Markets and, particularly, the finance industry.
Building the financial knowledge base to help others.
I started studying stocks and how they help in earning.
Stock picking is a problem in itself. What does the company do, how it earns, and how will I get rewarded? All these questions attracted me.
While doing this, I realized that many people are interested in money as a concept, but rarely do they speak about it.
Thus began the idea of writing online. A place where anyone could find solutions to their problems and, in the process, educate themselves and hopefully people around them.
In my professional capacity as Merger & Acquisitions analyst, my work enables me to connect with leading business owners and have a first-hand view of their thought process. I serve clients by finding suitable companies that match their core strategy and assist in whatever way to build a close relationship among all parties involved.
Roles
Feb 2025- Present
My role requires preparing data and relevant documents for clients as per their needs. The process starts with deciding key deliverables, which serve as a base for research and lead generation.
The collaterals could be in any form on the basis of the requirement and need. It could be an excel model, or a powerpoint teaser to even a short note, depending upon the stage of the deal.
Our role is an ever-evolving job, as we face new challenges in every new case and we tackle them one step at a time.
Sep 2023- May 2024
As part of Data Trainers for AI Models, my role involved:
Labelling/ Improving data in the form of images/videos to improve robotic accuracy on the floor of the warehouse.
Our program contributed in reducing human intervention & reducing the packaging time at Amazon warehouse.

I excel in creating comprehensive financial models, preparing compelling presentations and pitch decks for clients, and performing in-depth Financial Statement Analysis (FSA). These skills are critical for supporting strategic planning and driving successful financial outcomes.
